When you run Hyperledger FireFly on Kaleido you also get these additional enterprise-grade features.
First, create a Kaleido account if you don't have one. Then create an environment and select "Standard Blockchain Service + FireFly SuperNode". This will automatically create a FireFly node, blockchain node, IPFS node, data exchange, and blockchain interface. Then navigate to the "Manage Resources" section to access the FireFly Explorer, FireFly Sandbox, and FireFly Swagger interface.
