The Role

Kaleido is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking a passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in building enterprise blockchain solutions, using cutting-edge technology to create impactful, user-friendly software. With an emphasis on SaaS, DevOps, and cloud services (AWS/Azure), you’ll collaborate across design, engineering, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a scalable, high-quality codebase with a focus on maintainable, efficient solutions.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams (design, product, and engineering) to rapidly deliver features and provide an exceptional user experience.
• Own technical direction for new features, contributing to architectural decisions and implementations.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, offering recommendations for new tools and frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting thorough code reviews, and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Engage with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and web3 technologies to optimize the platform for scale and automation.

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of industry experience in software development, particularly building and maintaining enterprise-grade cloud-native SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with Node.js and building low-latency microservices using Express.
• Experience deploying and managing applications using Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Golang and DevOps practices in a global environment.
• Proven ability to deliver production applications with a focus on a great user experience.
• Blockchain knowledge is a plus (we will provide training if needed).
